Allan, currently Chairs Arlo Software Limited, a scalable SaaS platform delivering training management solutions globally, and Connexionz Limited, a publicly listed transit technology company providing real-time data, analytics, and passenger information systems across North America. As Chair of University of Otago Holdings Limited, Allan supports the commercialisation of research, innovation, and emerging technologies.

With a background that includes serving as Deputy Chair of the Electricity Authority, Allan has extensive experience overseeing complex data ecosystems, regulatory technology frameworks, compliance systems, and digital market infrastructure.

A former CEO in competitive wholesale energy markets in Singapore and Western Australia, Allan led the design and implementation of advanced market platforms, real-time trading systems, and data-intensive regulatory environments.

A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Allan combines financial discipline, risk governance expertise, and deep understanding of scalable technology platforms to support Image Analyzer’s AI-driven growth and global expansion.
